Osteopathy, explainedA hands-on therapy recognised worldwide. Dr. Mina is a member of its international academy.
What is osteopathy?
Hands-on treatment that looks for the cause
Many people know osteopathy from videos of joints "cracking". It is much broader than that: the practitioner assesses the whole body and treats joints, vertebrae, muscles and ligaments by hand to restore their natural movement.
The body works as one
Knee pain can start at the pelvis, and a headache can start in your neck. That is why the assessment looks beyond the sore spot.
No medication, no surgery
Manual techniques to realign, release muscles and mobilise joints, suitable for most ages.
Works alongside physiotherapy
Many patients combine osteopathy with rehab exercises so the results last.

Osteopathy
Manual therapy
After assessing your spine and joints, the doctor uses hands-on techniques to realign joints and release muscles and ligaments. Sessions are calm and use no machines.
Lymphedema is more than ordinary swelling. Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, slow manual massage that follows the path of lymph fluid and helps the body clear the swelling.
Very fine needles placed at chosen points for a short time. Most people feel only a light prick. We confirm at your assessment whether it suits your case.
Pain after training doesn't always mean it was a good workout. Recovery sessions ease muscle tightness and fatigue, so you get back to training sooner and injury-free.

No, you can book an assessment directly. If you have X-rays, lab results or a report from another doctor, bring them; they help us understand your case faster.
Does osteopathy hurt?
Most techniques are comfortable, and some people feel relief from the first session. You may feel mild soreness for a day afterwards; that is normal and passes on its own.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on your condition and how long you've had it. At your first visit we'll outline the expected plan, and we review it each session as you improve.
Is acupuncture safe?
The needles are very fine and sterile, and most people feel only a light prick. We confirm it suits your case at the assessment before using it.
Can I combine services?
Yes, and many patients do: osteopathy with physiotherapy, or lymphatic drainage with clinical nutrition. It all goes into one plan.
What should I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothes you can move in, such as a tracksuit or sportswear.
How do I book?
Call or WhatsApp +20 122 040 8025 and we'll arrange a time that suits you.
